but we never knew we had so many!!!!
Take a look at just some of the old windows and doors Clara and I found in our own homes....A pair of huge doors, rescued from a construction site, turned sideways welcome friends to Clara's entryway...
Old cupboard door with sweet green paint and original glass knob is now enjoying retirement on a shelf...
The opening on this window was perfect for a kitchen blackboard...
A window frame now holds Clara's Baby's Shoes collection...
When one of our Dealers brought this cutie from Tennessee, I knew I had to have it....
This poor thing was under the rain when we found it and drove around town with me for three days until was finally moved into my living room....
We wonder if this qualify as a collection, a fascination or just pure obsession!..

These are fabulous! I love old doors and windows. We have a salvage yard close by that has bunches of them for good prices, so I pick up the really special ones when I come across them. Thanks for sharing!
thanks for stopping by! Now i'm off to peruse your lovely blog...
Let me tell you how thrilled I was to see a comment on my blog from you!! When I was young my family moved from Belgium to San Juan Capistrano, and i went to school at San Clemente and all through High School i worked at the Beach Club on Del Mar!!! Marriage has moved me away but how I long to visit my dear friends and shop in your store!!! Really a girl from San Clemente needs a vintagie something from there! Doesn't seem right if i don't.Just had to share my connection to SC!!! :)
hugs,
LuLu
I love all these photos~ Gives me an idea of how you girls decorate! I too have tons of windows mostly, although my vintage door as you know sits in my room waiting to be hung~
Great doors and windows! I have quite a few in my home and shop, too!
