My Trader Joe's bags were begging to be recycled...
Now, with the $7 per gift I saved between wrapping paper and card...
Cheers to a great week!

That looks so great! I love to reuse my Trader Joe bags! Love the cards you made!
how clever is that...and your packages look wonderful!!!
I love your packages! They are like gifts themselves! My favorite is the all brown one with the sweet layered embellishment! I just may have to borrow your idea. And it's a good excuse to go back to Trader Joe's!
Nice use of the 3 R's...Recycle the bags and Reuse them as gift wrap then Reward yourself with peonies!!
I am so amazed at your recycling. Using the bags was an awesome idea!
Have I told you lately what a genius you are? These are lovely and you my dear...so clever. I love to see what you will come up with next!

You always amaze me with the way that little creative mind of yours never, ever stops! I just bought myself a big bunch of sunflowers Saturday night from Trader Joes. I LOVE that store.
Take care, Sue
NO Country Roads for 4 whole days!!!
Very clever, Marcela. You totally deserve those peonies!!!
I did this same sort of thing with paper Ikea bags. :) Used the paperbag part to make gift paper. And then I used the handle to attach to my upcycled cereal boxes turned tote bags. :) Hope you are having a great week. Tammy
Very creative.
I will adapt that for shops we have around here.
Lovely idea. Thanks so much for sharing it.
Absolutely brilliant!

Wow! The "bags" look fabulous! I always love when gals like you use items you wouldn't normally think of to use and then create something beautiful out of them!

Wonderful! I just found out about Project Genesis and had to stop by and see everyone's ideas. Your wrapping is much more beautiful than anything found in a store and good for the environment on top of it!
I've never seen a grocery bag look so good! I had to do a double take and make sure that was really what you used!
Brilliant!

The gift bags look great. I like to make my own cards and sometimes wrap a gift in a new tea towel.
