White Wednesday

I'm back!

During these past days I didn't do much,
the last storm
(it's funny how this year we can actually count our So Cali storms!)
kept me inside the house
with no other fabric than burlap to work with....

It could be worse, I guess...

Burlap, stamps...
and some yummy coffee later...

and I got a couple of pillows done!

Not much, I know...
...specially after such a long break,

...just enough for a little loveseat...

A little summery for this time of the year,
but I can't wait for a change of weather...
I just hope my Country Roads customers feel the same way I do:
A little summer in the middle of January
never hurt anyone!

Love your pillows, but then again, I love everything you make! Yes, I'm not a big fan of this COLD weather we were having. When we opened New Years Day for the sale, it was 51 inside!!

Take care, Sue

I have so much burlap stored from so many years ago and so many pillow forms stored out in the garage, I need this inspiration to get me going. I'm still stuck on those dang tinsel trees. Made three now. :0

Think I'll drag one of the pics of your pillows to my desktop to remind me to get cracking and accomplish something more spring inspired like you do so beautifully! I love these!

Happy New Year to you. A little summer right now is just what the doc ordered! Love your `Marilyn` drawing - I`ve just finished reading `Marilyn` by Joyce Carole Oates and would say it`s the best book about her that I`ve read so far. Loving your cushions. x

Love your pillows! Is there a certain ink you use for fabric? I have looked for fabric ink for stamping but have not found any such thing.
