Shadow Shot Sunday

The girls from The Summer Kitchen Journal have been inspiring me every Sunday with their Sunday's Shadows Posts, so much really, that I decided to join in today.

This fun Sunday activity is hosted by Hey Harriet! and by visiting her lovely blog you get to admire and be inspired by some wonderful photography.
I love Harriet's idea because it represents exactly what I like best about blogging: it makes you look high and low to capture a simple image, a simple idea, sometimes just waiting for you on a shelf!.
Thank you, Kerrie, Karla and Harriet for the inspiration!

Yes, that's exactly what I love about Shadow Shot, I find things, see things that I never saw before -- wonderful! And welcome to the fun! Love your shadow shot and look forward to more!

That sunlight is very warm and inviting. A lovely, relaxing shot. It really says "home" to me (despite not ever having white eggs!)

I agree completely with Sylvia - you look at things in a totally different way. Your 1st SSS is beautful.
Thanks for dropping in on me. I hope your son has a wonderful time in the North East. My Grandmother was born in a village just outside Durham. He'll find some wonderful photo opportunities there. xxx

Agree with you, SSS makes you look everywhere for shadows! Sometimes others look funnily at me when I am taking a picture. Oh well that's what it's all about: fun!
You captured a nice shadow around those eggs of .......stone? or are they real? Nice shot!

I love your SS of the bowl of eggs--they remind me of growing up on a farm & one of my jobs was to collect the eggs. Oh, for fresh eggs now! What a beautiful blog -- I'll visit again!
