Taking it easy...

This is an extra long weekend...

Kids don't have school on Friday...

or Monday....

or Tuesday...

and for some reason
my brain thinks that the extra long weekend should start today.
I'll not fight it.

I need to save every ounce of energy today because this weekend I need to go Prom Dress shopping with my beautiful 16 year old...
not an easy task...
but I'll survive no matter what!

Enjoy, my friend! I'm happy for you and only wish I had a restful week-end to look forward to. One day, one day I will be kicking back my feet and taking life easy. But then I would most likely be bored to death, I'm so damn wired all the time! Happy Memorial week-end to you!

Take care, Sue

prom dress shopping - take deep breaths and remember how precious our daughters are - and pray that one day they too will have to endure this torture with their own daughters (i am about to embark on fabric shopping with my son to make him a (white & sparkly) tuxedo for the school ball (prom)- my daughter was last year and i have a few silver hairs to show for it but I ended up making a gorgeous dress

Prom dress shopping, how fun!! My daughter was "too cool" to go to prom. Hopefully I'll get to experience that with my step daughter, she just turned 16.

I wanted to ask you ladies a question. I was hoping to feature your pretty sachets on my Brag Monday post tomorrow, but they seem to have vanished from your site! Any chance they will be coming back?

Thanks!
Karen
