Take a deep breath...

When it rains hard for 3 days....
(No, not the California "rain" that we get every year...I mean RAIN!!)

...and your 18 year old is driving on the freeway, you...

When its raining cats and dogs ...
you pick up your 16 year old from school and you are surrounded for teenagers texting and talking on the phone while driving, you...

If the rain continues today, I promise I will...

and they help you reach it faster, too"

Keep calm and carry on. Love that. I think we all have to reminds ourselves of that from time to time.

American Pickers is my new favorite show! Love it! They show what I do. Sorta. I don't have the nerve - or money - to walk up to some stranger's house. But climbing all over junk in a barn? Pretty routine for me. LOL And it *is* the greatest job in the world.

Our neighbor's teenage boys were in an accident last nite and are in the hospital. There's no drivers education in this country which is why driving is such a joke. Every day I have to breathe, stay calm and carry on! Have a great weekend! :) Tammy

I'll have to check out the show. And kids, rain, driving, and texting, well what we can say! To be young again! Let's just hope this rain goes away for awhile. I think we have had enough to hold us for awhile!
Take care, Sue

It doesn't even have to be raining for me to lose my calm if my teenager is driving. I saw that show my husband told me about it. I know Sue at Country Roads had some interesting Pickers show up on her doorstep!
