Coming up roses...

Waking up at 6:00 am
(first day of school around here)
to gray skies and even a little morning rain
is not my idea of a Happy Morning.

I needed color and bling in my life today,
so I decided to create my own Spring...

I've been wanting to make some big flower pins
and today was the day!

I like them so much
that I even kept one for me!

I will wear it tomorrow
to the fabric store...
I need more colors!!!

Casual bling...

Have you ever received a party invitation that requires Dressy Casual Attire?... Here's a definition of it:

"Dressy Casual
calls for dressed-up versions of casual looks. For him, it could be trousers and a sport coat, for her a dressy pants look. Jeans, shorts, T-shirts and other casual looks are not appropriate for Dressy Casual"

How about for a home?... your home?...is it dressy? is it casual? ...
Around here, by the beach, most of the homes have a very casual, fresh, lived-in look. But even the little cottages with the white picket fences and the colorful shutters need a little Bling...here is the Nice & Easy version of a Dressy Casual Home Accessory...

A wonderful vintage 12-arm chandelier...

with the perfect Just-enough-gold finish... gorgeous chic details and patina that only vintage pieces can offer...

Lots of shells and over 80 crystals..we told you: we all can use a little Bling!...If you don't believe us, ask Marilyn...she already has an eye on it!!

We wish we could take credit for making this beauty, but we can't. Andrea, our Dealer, came up with it..we are just lucky enough to enjoy it before it gets adopted by a nice family!

"I am not interested in money. I just want to be wonderful"
