Show love...

It took us a long, long time to start doing shows...in reality, it took Sister Extraordinaire a long, long time to convince me to do shows.
Let's be realistic, it's not easy.
All the loading, unloading, set up, packing up, load and unload again are not in our fave's list, but we did it once and had fun...
...so we did it again, and it was easier and funner...

and now, we love the monthly La Maison Rustique Show.

We not only get to sell our pretties...

we also get to spend the day with some super creative women...

Women that just like us need to create and stay busy...
that have a passion and follow it.
Women that share and inspire us.

Women that love vintage, recycling and a little bit of glam...

Yes, it's hard work but every trip to Temecula provides us with a whole new creative energy that keeps us going, and going and going!

It also provides with a truck full of projects...because we never leave La Maison without bringing home some poor pieces in need of some TLC!
We will be showing some of those projects this coming week, so make sure you come back and take a look around...we really hope to inspire you!

What a treat for the two of you to have found such a creative way to share your love. We do not have any type of this grouping of creative woman in my part of town. We have barns though....maybe I should start something!

Ps I want that belt!

Love that little platter in the last pic. We don't have anything like that either, probably due to weather. It's starting to get cold and you can feel the snow a coming!

You girls found a goldmine in such a great place to not only sell, but hang-out, have fun and get inspiration from other junkies too! Happy weekend ahead, Mollye

I sold at a show yesterday and yes, they are a lot of work! My sister usually sells her pottery at a booth next door to mine so it's a lot more fun when you do it with a friend :)

I know your booth is a popular one, too! It looks like y'all have some fab stuff. But you're right. It's darn hard work.
